All Catering requests are required to provide an advance notice of 24 hours for our specialty Team’s to prepare your event. We do not accept requests of less than 24 hours, due to proper preparation. All Requests for Catering service must be called in, e-mailed or faxed prior to 12:00pm for lunch services the next day.
If you request a breakfast event we must be notified no later than 10am for next day delivery for a 8:00am to 8:30 delivery and set-up.
The hours of the Catering Operation are Monday-Friday 8:00am thru 5:00pm. Upon special request we may offer Saturday Catering provided we have proper notification.

Philly Steak Sub
(Topped with mushrooms, onions, peppers provolone cheese).
Pressed Acropolis
(Gyro, Feta, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Lettuce, Feta, Tzaziki Sauce served on the side).
Hot Sandwich Platters
Each platter consists of 16 sandwiches. Choose from Philly steak, chicken parmesan, meatball cheese, Cuban, Acropolis (gyro) or Chicken & Cheese.
Cold Deli Sandwich Platters
Each platter consists of 16 sandwiches with up to 4 variations per platter. Choose from turkey, roast beef, ham, Italian (ham, salami, pepperoni), chicken salad, tuna salad, and veggie. Each sandwich is complimented with cheese.
Burger/Chicken Bar
Fresh Made Hamburgers & Grilled Chicken Breasts served buffet style. Choose your meat as you go down the line and build yourself a sandwich with all the fixin’s.
The Greek Delight
An assortment of our finest Greek cuisine. This platter includes fresh sliced gyro, chicken souvlaki (kebabs), spinach pie, rice pilaf, and pita bread.
Taste of Italy
An assortment of our finest Italian entrees all in one dish. This platter includes homemade lasagna, chicken or spaghetti & meatballs.
Salad Buffet
A variety of fresh veggies & greens all displayed individually to create your own salad to your liking. Includes grilled chicken, dried cranberries, mandarin oranges, chopped pineapples, croutons and assorted dressings.
